Got to admit that Go RV is the best place to do business with. We had purchased our first travel trailer from them back in 2014, and this past weekend we decided that we needed to upgrade. So we went back to Go RV and met with salesperson Joe. We told him that we wanted to trade-in our old trailer on something new. He asked what we were looking for and our budget. He showed us only the units in our price range that matched our needs.
This was at 11am. At 4pm he had all the paper work ready for the trailer that we loved.
No pressuring, no smoke and mirrors. No fake promises.
This was easily the best purchase experience ever. We will definitely be repeat customers again .

We have been searching for a trailer since February of this year. We didn’t find one. I called Amanda at the Leduc location at the end of August to see if she could help us again in our search! She was more than willing to go out of her way to make sure we were happy, found something our truck could pull and met most of our needs. I had such a great experience at Go RV in Leduc! It was a relaxed atmosphere and I did not feel any pressure throughout the whole process. The staff were all very welcoming, and I was lucky enough to deal with Robert and his Sales Manager Doug – who made the process easy and exciting. They both know a TON about all of the units, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase, and gave me open and honest advice about the units. Amanda from GO RV Leduc has got to be one of the most enjoyable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in regards to any sales related item not just RV’s. My wife and I with our 2 boys went in to Go RV Leduc a few months back and we were unsure if we were going to purchase a new travel trailer or not as we still really liked our current one. She was very patient and understanding. We decided that day we were still not sure yet so we left. A few month later my wife and I went to look one more time and again we were greeted by the smiling and happy Amanda, she was super laid back and there was no feeling of pressure at all from her, better yet she let us walk the whole yard by ourselves and look in each unit at our own pace! She treated us with respect but more importantly she treated my boys who are 6 and 8 in an amazing and fun way, the boys actually looked forward to going back to see her. I had a very good experience with Kirsten in service. She was always friendly and cheerful on the phone and in person. My trailer needed a new ac unit, and she tried for weeks to get it under warranty. Unfortunately it was just outside of its warranty period. I don’t think any other place would have tried so hard especially when I didn’t buy the trailer at go rv. I will be coming back in the future.

Amanda was awesome to deal with! I don’t know a ton about trailers, so it was always a pretty intimidating experience until we met her. She was very knowledgeable and it was clear that she was really looking out for us and not just trying to make a sale. Don’t bother shopping anywhere else! - Amy

Cara was able to answer all our service questions and address our concerns in a timely and professional manner. Not to mention her knowledge on RV services and stock .She was even able to show us new items we would have never bought if she didn’t mention these to us.
